About the Role
The Supply Planning Associate Analyst will follow up the Drop shipments by providing visibility to our commercial Harman team about new Bookings, their status and next steps. She/He will also support the operations team by executing supply plans to meet customers’ needs by collaborating with Harman teams (Sales, Finance, Global Supply team).
What You Will Do
- Document, send and inform about new Bookings to our International Trade team so they can be shared with our customers.
- Weekly DI shipments report to provide visibility to internal Harman team.
- Documents validation (FCR, commercial invoice, packing list, serial numbers) to ensure the shipments can be invoiced and upload the required information to the system.
- Provide information/documents/requirements to sales team regarding their Bookings.
- Preorders analysis to ensure they meet DI requirements and confirm if they can be processed in the system.
- Monthly update and constant tracking of the full container quantity report.
- Full container quantities mix analysis and validation with Global Supply team
- Purchase Requisitions follow-up to ensure the demand is transmitted to Global Supply team
- Follow-up orders not meeting the minimum volume for direct shipments
- Pallet cost tracking and follow-up
What You Need to Be Successful
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in international business, Economics, or a related field
- Experience: Graduated, experience as supply or operations analyst is a plus.
- Key Skills: English: B1 (Intermediate), written, conversational, and reading
- Strong attention to detail
- Well organized
- Numerical skills with excellent analytical skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Office (Advance Excel (Pivot tables, advanced data analysis, reports), PowerPoint, Word)
Bonus Points if You Have
- Knowledge in SAP (Production Module)
- Knowledge/experience in Industries: Fast-moving consumer goods, Retail, and electronics.
What Makes You Eligible
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Eligibility to work in Mexico.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Mexico City.
- Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require.
