Our HealOS product line — AI Scribe, AI Receptionist, Prior Authorization, Benefit Verification, and Fax & Referrals — serves US independent medical practices. The same team also runs two additional SaaS products, PowerDialer.ai and OpenMic.ai. We're fully remote — our team works from different locations, and we hire people who've already done the exact job we're hiring for, not people who've managed someone else doing it.

About the Role

We hire for what you've already done, not for a title. This posting maps to real work — searches like Sales Operations Executive, Revenue Operations Analyst, CRM Administrator, Marketing Operations Specialist — and we're looking for someone who has done this exact job before.

You've worked in sales ops at an Indian SaaS company running a US sales motion. 2–4 years of experience. Hands-on GHL experience is a plus; HubSpot or Salesforce ops experience translates fine.

What You'll Own

● GoHighLevel (GHL) as the single source of truth for the pipeline

● Pipelines and automations

● Lead routing

● First-touch-to-closed-won attribution

● The Monday pipeline dashboard

● Making sure every AE has their deck, battlecard, and pricing sheet where they need it

What You Won't Own

● Sales strategy

● Quota

● Deal execution

How We'll Measure Success

Percentage of closed-won deals with traceable first-touch attribution.

How We'll Evaluate You

We'll give you our messy pipeline export and ask what's wrong with it. Good ops people find five problems in ten minutes.

Hiring Process
