This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Initiatives, working in close partnership with the vertical Principals (Data Centers, Life Sciences, Solar & BESS). This is a full-time role that is remote based. However, domestic and international travel to customer sites, IA corporate, and the team's industry event circuit is required. Demonstrated operational ownership of systems, KPI reporting infrastructure, and cross-functional programs in a prior role, beyond project coordination. Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel/Sheets and working fluency with CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or equivalent); able to build dashboards and pipeline rollups without engineering support. Experience producing or running operations for major industry events, executive briefings, or large customer-facing programs. Experience managing cross-functional programs that span Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering. Written and presentation skills sufficient to produce executive-ready materials independently.
