How You'll Create Impact Responsible for sales order lifecycle management for all orders activity (US/OUS and Core/PSI). Conducts daily review of order-to-cash pipeline to ensure that kit-level inventory is properly transacted, and all salable component-level inventory is allocated prior to purchase order application. Resolves all billing and delivery block issues related to pricing and batch discrepancies. Continuous reconciliation of surgical case to case billing activity. Processes all sales order adjustments resulting from internal and external sales order/invoice disputes. Provides periodic reporting of area activity to ensure adequate visibility. Supports critical period-end sales and field inventory activities. Provides guidance to internal teams on resolving inventory variances. Participates in User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements, as requested. Performs other duties as assigned. Your Background High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred). Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience (Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service and/or Hospital) Ability to approach end customer and sales agent requests in a proactive and consultative manner. Self-motivated; can work with minimal supervision remotely traveling to key customers. Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred High aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting Exhibits professionalism, particularly when working cross-functionally Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with Microsoft systems (Excel and PowerPoint specifically) EOE
