We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Support professional to join our team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing sales processes, maintaining data integrity, and providing analytical support to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process & Systems Management
- Support and manage day-to-day operations of the Salesforce ecosystem including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Support the implementation and adoption of sales tools and technologies
- Create and maintain sales process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution
Data Management & Reporting
- Generate regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership review
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Maintain data integrity across all sales systems and databases
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales records
User Support & Training
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce user support and troubleshooting
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Help create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and best practice guides
- Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing education for existing users
- Gather user feedback and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Customer Success) to align processes
- Support the development and implementation of sales policies and best practices
- Participate in sales operations projects and initiatives
Administrative Functions
- Manage sales compensation tracking and commission calculations support
- Coordinate contract processing and approval workflows
- Maintain sales collateral, templates, and resource libraries
- Support budget tracking and expense management for the sales organization
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, or related analytical role
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and standard functionality
- Experience with user management, security settings, and permission sets
- Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and custom report types
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance
- Good understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Experience in B2B sales environments
- Knowledge of sales compensation structures and incentive programs
- Project management experience or certification
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
