Location: Remote (Malaysia/Philippines)

At Fuzzy, we're building AI that helps companies build genuine relationships before they ever reach out.

We're a fast growing startup looking for a Sales Operations & Support who loves getting things done. This isn't a traditional admin role. You'll be the person keeping our sales engine running smoothly by making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

We're looking for someone who's resourceful, proactive, curious, and isn't afraid to follow up.

What you'll do:

• Follow up with prospects, customers and partners to keep conversations moving
• Manage and maintain our CRM so it's always up to date
• Support our founders with sales operations and day to day customer communication
• Help coordinate meetings, demos and customer onboarding
• Keep our sales processes organised and identify ways to improve them
• Learn new AI and sales tools and help us implement them across the business
• Jump in wherever needed. Startup life means every day is different.

We're probably a good fit if you...

• Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Have thick skin. You're comfortable following up multiple times and don't take rejection personally
• Are naturally resourceful. If you don't know something, you'll figure it out
• Ask lots of questions because you're genuinely curious and love learning
• Are highly organised and enjoy creating order from chaos
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Have experience using CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar
• Have worked in sales, customer success, recruitment or another customer facing role (preferred but not essential)

Bonus points if you...

• Love AI and enjoy experimenting with new tools
• Have worked in an early stage startup
• Enjoy improving processes rather than simply following them
• Like taking ownership and making things happen
