Our client is a specialized Go-to-Market and Sales Operations consultancy helping B2B SaaS and marketing companies build and run their revenue engines. They define ideal customer profiles, build outreach infrastructure, manage CRMs, and launch end-to-end prospecting campaigns.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly autonomous and hands-on Sales Ops & GTM Specialist to join the team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will take full ownership of client campaigns and CRM management. You will start with an in-person onboarding before transitioning to a full remote setup, meeting up with the team just once or twice a week to align on projects and share ideas.

What You Will Do

• Turn client business briefs into full multichannel prospecting campaigns, utilizing both email and LinkedIn.
• Build and qualify targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Clay.
• Administer and audit CRMs, primarily HubSpot, ensuring proper data hygiene, pipeline setup, and workflow automation.
• Set up and run outreach sequences in tools like lemlist, Apollo, or Reply.io while maintaining deliverability best practices.
• Leverage AI-driven automation to scale enrichment, research agents, and hyper-personalized messaging.
• Document internal processes and help turn one-off projects into repeatable playbooks.
• Support broader growth initiatives such as SEO and SEA when required.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, lead generation, or growth within the B2B space.
• Hands-on, proven experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Clay.
• Solid skills in HubSpot administration.
• Strong interest and practical experience in utilizing AI for data enrichment and personalization.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and take a project from a business brief to a live, working campaign without step-by-step guidance.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Currently based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Nice-to-Haves

• Fluency in French is a strong plus, as many of the end-clients are based in Europe.
• Experience with Apollo, lemlist, or Reply.io.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n, or light scripting.
• Basic SEO and SEA knowledge.
