Appointment Setter / Account Representative

Pay: $19/hr + Uncapped Bonuses

Join a growing team as an Appointment Setter / Account Representative! In this role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service. No cold calling required.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of sales, collections, retail, customer service, or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency

Schedule:

• Full-time, hybrid schedule
• Weekday shifts: 11am-8pm or 12pm-9pm
• One weekend day required (remote on weekends)
• 2 weeks of onsite paid training

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
