About SolanFM

We're preparing to launch SolanFM – a SaaS platform that serves as the central operating system for:

• Facilities Management companies – automate work orders, inspections, inventory, compliance, and reporting across all your sites.
• Property owners and operators – hotels, shopping centres, industrial estates, large commercial buildings – manage multiple FM providers, track performance, and keep everything compliant from one dashboard.
• Hotel chains – centralise maintenance and vendor management across properties.
• HVAC contractors – manage installations, servicing, and maintenance contracts with full traceability.

The Opportunity

As we gear up for launch and expansion into new markets, we're looking for sales partners who can identify and close deals with FM providers, property operators, and large facility owners.

This is a commission-only, remote, worldwide opportunity with:

We're Looking For

• B2B sales experience (SaaS, FM, property management, hospitality, HVAC, or related services preferred).
• Ability to run the full sales cycle independently – from first contact to close.
• Strong communication skills in English plus a local language relevant to your target market.
• Own network of contacts OR comfort working with leads we provide.
