The Role and What You'll do As a Sales Production Administrator you will be part of our Operations team who are crucial to our business. You will be ensuring only the best offers reach our site and that they do so in the timeliest manner possible. Working side by side with our sales teams, you will be responsible for managing the production of hotel sales, ensuring they are price checked, loaded in our internal CMS system and signed off by suppliers with any amends. You will also be responsible for managing the live maintenance of hotel sales. Your responsibilities will include: Responsible for production of all hotels sales after Contracts team has agreed on commercial terms with the suppliers Reviewing and price checking against competitors Responsibility for loading sale information into the internal CMS systems and running final approval checks Sending deal previews to suppliers, Contracts Managers or hotels Designers and managing any amends Maintaining all live deals to a high standard by completing all live maintenance requests Responsible for correctly setting up weekly time-limited Flash campaigns and regular special campaigns like Price Drops and Free Upgrades Processing ad-hoc requests from stakeholders including investigating pricing discrepancies and updating sale information and components of the package in the sales system Helping and supporting with projects such as technical improvements for the CMS, bulk amends for entire destinations and strategic initiatives which involve operational support What we are looking for Fluency in English Previous experience in an administrative role Demonstrable attention to detail, taking total ownership for accuracy of output Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work effectively Demonstrate willingness to learn, develop your skills and go the extra mile And you are Effective communicator, able to build professional relationships quickly Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks Find satisfaction in well organised and smooth run workflow Self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to adapt in a fast-paced environment A real team player with a proactive and positive attitude We are an equal opportunity employer: Diversity and inclusion are important to us at Secret Escapes and we encourage a culture where everyone can be themselves at work.
