Sales Recruiter

Are you a sourcing specialist who loves the data side as much as the candidate side? We’re working with a global tech leader looking for a Talent Attraction Partner to join its EMEA Sales Recruiting team on a contract basis.

This role combines hands-on sourcing with market intelligence, reporting and enablement. You’ll build strong pipelines of sales talent and give the wider Talent Acquisition team the insights it needs to hire well at scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Sourcing, engaging and assessing top sales talent across outbound, referral, inbound and internal mobility channels
• Working closely with Talent Delivery Recruiters and hiring managers to submit well-assessed, qualified candidates
• Tracking competitor hiring, compensation benchmarks and location trends, then turning them into clear recommendations for TA leadership
• Keeping recruitment data accurate across the CRM, HRIS and Tableau, and reporting on pipeline performance
• Supporting recruiting events and brand activations, and measuring their results
• Running enablement sessions and sharing best practice across the team
• Re-engaging past leads and turning passive talent into active candidates

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in talent acquisition or sourcing, ideally in sales or tech recruitment
• Experience recruiting across EMEA (a second European language is a bonus)
• A proven track record in market and competitor intelligence
• Strong Excel and reporting skills, with experience of Tableau, HRIS and CRM tools
• The confidence to present data and insights to senior stakeholders
• A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Contract role with a global tech company
• Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Dublin office
• Rate: €35 - €40 per hour
