Sales Recruiter

Overview The Sales Recruiter is responsible for attracting and hiring entry-level sales candidates across the PLS network. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, while learning key recruiting skills to help advance your career. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with prospective applicants Represent PLS professionally over the phone, in the office, and out at college networking events Track and document all efforts in applicant tracking systems Assist with new hire orientation process including new hire paperwork Identify personnel needs, job specifications, qualifications, and skills Review applications to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about organization and position Screen and refer candidates for additional interview with others in organization Utilize all recruiting and sourcing platforms available for candidate activity Provide information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 2 years of recruiting strongly preferred Comfort level in a growth- and goal-oriented environment Sense of urgency and bias for action Strong ability to articulate verbally and present professionally Exceptional verbal and written communication skills At PLS Logistics Services, we ship over one million loads annually across all major freight modes: flatbed, van, LTL, rail & barge, air & ocean.
