In this exciting role, you'll connect with customers, promote our top-notch roofing solutions, and help homeowners protect their investments. Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers to identify their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct in-home consultations and roof inspections to assess conditions and recommend services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and follow up with prospects. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, roofing products, and competitive landscape. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Willingness to learn and adapt in a constantly evolving industry. About Us: This job is 100% commission but the commission is very high. All of your business will be self generated, that is why we pay such high commissions. Most of the business you generate will be through door-to-door sales. We understand sales can be difficult, but to make it fun, we have a 12,000 sqft building that has a gym, sauna, pool table, lounge and golf simulator. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
