Sales Representative

JOB POST: Sales Representative | Full-Time | Work From Home (Remote)

Compensation

• ₱25,000/month Base Salary (Full-time role, remote & work-from-home)
• PLUS Commission per closed deal (commission structure will be discussed). We normally close around 10-15 clients/month with no aggressive followups and we receive around 1,500-2,000 leads per month.

Overview

• We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative to help grow our marketing agency by handling lead generation, sales calls, and closing clients.
• This role is for someone confident in speaking with clients, presenting services clearly, handling objections, and closing deals consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation and outreach to potential clients
• Handle sales calls and present our services clearly and confidently
• Understand client needs and recommend the right service package
• Handle objections professionally and guide prospects toward closing
• Follow up with leads consistently until a final decision is made
• Maintain and update the client pipeline tracker (CRM/ClickUp/Google Sheet/Pancake)
• Coordinate with the team/founder for smooth onboarding once a client closes
• Provide weekly updates on pipeline progress and results

Qualifications / Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably marketing/service-based industry)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in presenting and explaining services to potential clients
• Skilled in objection handling and closing deals
• Experience in lead generation and outreach
• Organized and detail-oriented in managing client pipelines
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred (Bonus but not required)

• Experience selling marketing services
