Role Description The Sales Representative is a full-time, ONLY COMMISSION BASED remote role responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships, and promoting Arad Branding’s services in international trade and export. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting leads, conducting sales calls and online meetings, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in sales systems, tracking progress toward targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Sales Representatives are expected to stay informed about Arad Branding’s training resources, export solutions, and market opportunities to provide informed guidance to clients. This position requires consistent communication, proactive outreach, and a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including clear written and verbal communication in professional business contexts.
• Experience in international trade, export, or related business fields, with an understanding of global markets and customer needs.
• Comfort with remote work tools and digital platforms, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and online communication channels.
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated interest in continuous learning, including willingness to use Arad Branding’s training content to improve performance.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
