Sales Representative / Closer – Remote

LinkedUpSales is looking for a Sales Representative / Closer to join our remote sales team.

You will work mainly through video calls with qualified prospects, understand their needs, handle objections, follow a structured sales process, and move opportunities toward a clear decision.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Strong conversational English preferred
• Experience conducting sales calls by Zoom/Google Meet
• Understanding of discovery, objection handling, follow-up, and closing
• Experience using a CRM
• Comfortable following a structured and systemized sales process
• Organized, coachable, responsible, and performance-driven
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline

Requirements for remote work

You must have:

• Your own computer
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Camera and quality headset/microphone
• A quiet and professional environment for video calls
• Ability to work independently and stay organized remotely

What you'll do

• Conduct sales and discovery calls
• Understand the prospect's problems, priorities, urgency, and decision process
• Present the right solution based on their needs
• Handle objections confidently
• Follow up consistently
• Maintain an organized CRM pipeline
• Participate in coaching, call reviews, and role plays
• Work toward sales and revenue targets

Compensation

Base compensation + commissions

Strong performers can reach $2,000+ USD per month within approximately 3–6 months, based on individual performance and results.

We are looking for someone who wants to master sales, not simply read a script.
