About The Role

COLAB is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team remotely and sell website development services to businesses in the US market. The ideal candidate must have proven experience with cold calling US businesses, prospecting, handling objections, and closing new business.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume cold calls to US-based businesses to generate new sales opportunities
Prospect and identify businesses that could benefit from website development and digital marketing services
Present website solutions and communicate their value clearly to potential clients
Qualify leads, handle objections, follow up with prospects, and close deals
Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activity
Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition after closing a deal

Requirements

2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably selling websites, digital marketing, or related services
Must have experience cold calling US businesses
Strong understanding of outbound sales and prospecting
Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
Excellent English communication skills with confidence speaking to US clients
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a digital marketing or web development agency is a plus

Compensation

Base salary: 150 to 200k
Commission on successfully closed deals
Opportunity to increase earnings based on sales performance
