We're hiring: US Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — book 10 demos a week

SmartSphere builds AI voice agents for businesses, and our biggest opening right now is US dental clinics. We need a closer-mindset cold caller who can fill our calendar.

The one number that matters: 10 booked demos per week, through cold calling and email.

What you'll do:

• Cold call US dental clinics during US business hours (you'll work US time zones)

• Get past the front desk, reach the decision-maker, book the demo

• Run email follow-up to warm leads and no-answers

• Log every call and book demos straight into the calendar

What we want:

• Proven cold calling experience into the US market — clear, confident neutral English

• Thick skin, sharp objection handling, relentless follow-up

• Comfortable on the phone for 3–4 focused hours a day

• Reliable internet and a quiet setup
