Job Description
The Sales Representative – Group Charter role focuses on managing private jet charter bookings for group travel from initial inquiry through to completion, while delivering a high-quality client experience. You will build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base, proactively generate new business through outbound sales activities, and travel on board charters and to industry events as needed. This position blends inside sales, customer service, and aviation expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with clear opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Travel on board charter flights and attend conferences and industry events as required to support client relationships and business development.
- Manage charter bookings from initial inquiry through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients at every stage of the process.
- Demonstrate an expert understanding of aircraft options and the chartering process to advise clients and tailor solutions to their needs.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including sales calls, emails, and in-person visits, to proactively target assigned prospect and client lists.
- Provide high-quality customer service to a diverse client base, including large corporations, government and relief agencies, and sports and entertainment organizations.
- Oversee flight departures through flight watching and monitoring, which may occasionally involve working during unsociable hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization to support sales growth and client retention.
- Make effective use of established processes and tools to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders, driving successful outcomes and closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and undertake public speaking with confidence and professionalism when engaging clients and partners.
- Produce a range of solutions to client problems, thinking creatively to add value while controlling costs and considering profit and loss implications.
- Stay up to date with market trends in aviation and charter services, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and client recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of work and consistently achieve project and booking goals.
- Adapt to working within a team environment, consult colleagues as needed, and communicate proactively to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Balance the demands of work and personal life while meeting role expectations and contributing positively to the team culture.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and call center systems to manage client communications, documentation, and reporting.
- Participate fully in training and mentoring programs, applying new skills and knowledge to enhance performance and progress through defined career levels.
Essential Skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients clearly and professionally.
- Excellent phone etiquette and confidence in conducting high-volume outbound and inbound calls.
- High attention to detail when managing bookings, documentation, and client information.

- Customer service experience, ideally supporting high-profile or complex client needs.
- Sales experience in inside sales or call center environments, including cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for communication, documentation, and reporting.
Work Environment
, with approximately 90 employees across sales, HR, accounting, and other functions. The workspace includes a cool break room with recreational amenities such as ping pong, fostering a social and collaborative atmosphere. The position is primarily inside sales, with some travel to conferences and occasional travel on board charter flights. The role offers one work-from-home day per week, which cannot be scheduled on Monday, providing a supportive balance between office-based and remote work. Training is comprehensive and includes award-winning professional programs, one-on-one mentoring, and international training based at the London headquarters, with training and travel expenses covered. During training, you receive your base salary. The organization emphasizes job stability, leadership support for development, and a clear career path with nine levels of progression from Trainee Broker to Director, complemented by a welcoming, collaborative culture, seasonal events, and team outings.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
