Sales Representative – Korean Market (Remote)

Nao Now is an online English learning platform helping children around the world build confidence and stronger communication skills. Through personalized, mentor-led lessons, we create engaging English learning experiences designed around each student's needs and goals.

We're growing our Korean customer base and are looking for a friendly, motivated sales professional who can connect with Korean-speaking parents and introduce them to Nao Now's programs.

About the Role

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

As a Sales Representative, you'll communicate with prospective customers, learn about their needs, introduce Nao Now's English programs, and help interested families move through the enrollment process.

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, builds relationships naturally, and is motivated to help customers find the right solution for their children.

What You'll Do

Customer Communication

• Speak with Korean-speaking prospective customers through phone, messaging, and other communication channels.
• Learn about families' needs and goals for their children's English education.
• Introduce Nao Now's programs and answer customer questions.
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
• Follow up with interested families throughout the enrollment process.

Sales Support

• Keep track of customer conversations and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate information in our CRM.
• Help prospective customers understand the benefits of Nao Now's programs.
• Work with the team to improve the customer experience.
• Contribute to sales and enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, education, or client-facing experience is a plus.
• B2C sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly and confident communication style.
• Comfortable speaking with parents and answering questions.
• Organized and reliable with good follow-through.
• Comfortable using basic online tools and CRM systems.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Korean-speaking customers.
• Experience in sales, education, EdTech, customer service, or other consumer-focused industries.
• Familiarity with the Korean market or Korean consumer behavior.
• Experience using CRM or customer management tools.
