We're driven by a culture of ownership, speed, and excellence, where results matter and growth never stops. The Role
We're lookig for a motivated and dedicated Sales Representative to drive revenue for a U.S.-based moving and transportation company. This is a sales-first role for a true closer; someone who lives for the phone, thrives on hitting targets, and knows how to turn a cold lead into a booked job.
You'll spend your day selling moving and transportation services through outbound calling, warm follow-ups, and consultative closing. Because you'll own the full customer journey, you'll also keep the CRM organized and manage the move/job lifecycle from first contact to post-move follow-up, so strong organizational skills are a must, but sales is the heartbeat of this role.
If you're a competitive, results-obsessed seller who can also stay on top of the details, this one's for you.
Who You Are;
(Sales DNA We're Looking For)
- A closer at heart - you don't just pitch, you book the job and bring revenue in.
- Hunter mentality - you chase leads relentlessly and never let a warm prospect go cold.
- Persuasive and confident - you build rapport in seconds and communicate value with clarity.
- Thick-skinned and resilient - rejection fuels you; you handle objections without losing momentum.
- Target-driven and competitive - you love a scoreboard and you play to win.
- Coachable - you take feedback fast and apply it to close more deals.
- Self-motivated - you stay productive and consistent without anyone watching over your shoulder.
- Organized under pressure - you can juggle a full pipeline and the operational details without dropping the ball.
What You'll Do;
Sales (Primary Focus)
- Sell moving and transportation services to residential and commercial clients via outbound and inbound calls.
- Cold call, warm follow-up, qualify, and close leads with a confident, professional, and friendly tone.
- Run consultative sales conversations that uncover customer needs and match them to the right service solution.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and CRM engagement.
- Apply strong objection handling, follow-up, and closing techniques to consistently hit and beat targets.
- Provide accurate quotes/estimates and guide customers from first call to booked job.
CRM & Move/Job Management (Supporting)
- Keep the CRM (SmartMoving, Movegistics, MoverBase, etc.) clean, accurate, and up to date.
- Own lead management end-to-end — organizing, tagging, routing, and tracking every lead through the pipeline.
- Handle pre-move coordination: scheduling, confirmations, documentation, and customer communication.
- Handle post-move follow-up: feedback, review requests, issue resolution, and repeat-business nurturing.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity, customer interactions, and deal progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to sharpen lead generation and service delivery.
