Position Summary We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative (Upsell) to help grow and retain our 350,000 direct‑to‑consumer subscribers. You’ll work with warm leads all existing customers, to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and recommend additional products and services that enhance their safety and independence. This role is ideal for someone personable, driven, and excited by the opportunity to make a real difference. What You’ll Do Engage and retain existing customers by delivering exceptional customer experiences Identify customer needs and upselling appropriate products and services Contact current subscribers to ensure satisfaction and promote additional offers Use product knowledge to guide customers to the best solutions Maintain accurate notes, statuses, and orders within Salesforce Support team operations through additional tasks as needed What You Bring Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Comfortable using sales platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Confident, motivated, and able to present product information effectively 6+ months of high‑volume call center and dialer‑based sales experience required 1–2 years of sales or account management experience with a track record of upselling preferred Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume outbound call center environment Must be 18+ High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Self‑starter who thrives in a growing, fast‑paced organization Compensation & Benefits $10/hour (or state minimum wage if higher than $10) + commission with a weekly minimum guarantee.
