Sales Representative (without experience, remote)

Role Description: This is a FULL-TIME, REMOTE role. Please, do NOT apply if you don't know RUSSIAN or ENGLISH.

Due to the Company’s active growth, we are opening this vacancy. The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• NO work experience is required.
• Knowledge of Russian & English B2.
• Proficient PC user, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Customer communication skills - the ability to engage with Clients effectively.
• Organizational skills, and proactivity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the database of potential & regular clients
• Follow scripts and maintain reporting
• Schedule meetings via phone (handling cold calls)
• Transfer meeting requests to the inspection manager
• Follow up with clients after sending commercial proposals (justify the cost of the proposal, address objections, transfer requests for contract documentation preparation)
• Coordinate service terms with clients
• Inform about promotions and special offers

What We Offer:

• 5-day workweek, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GST time UTC+4.
• We never delay payments; payments are transferred twice a month, strictly on the 15th and 25th.
