Sales Representatives - Commission Based

Vynzo Media is a results driven marketing agency helping businesses strengthen their digital presence and acquire new customers. As part of our UK expansion, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representive to generate new business and close deals.

Location: London, United Kingdom

Work Style: Remote first with local client meetings

Compensation: Commission only

Commission: 10%–18% per eligible closed and paid deal

Indicative OTE: £40,000–£80,000+ | Uncapped

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across London and the UK.
• Present Vynzo Media’s marketing services to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Attend client meetings and networking events.
• Share insights on local market opportunities.
  

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Experience in marketing or agency sales is a plus.
• Based in the UK with the ability to travel locally.
