🏠 We are hiring Sales Setters at Local Home Jobs (Remote, Mexico)
Local Home Jobs is the sister company to Prime Listing Leads. Same engine, different market. We generate exclusive homeowner leads and sell them to roofing, painting and remodelling contractors across the US. We are building out the LHJ sales floor right now, which means the setters who join early get the most volume and the fastest route into a closer or manager seat.
What you will actually do
📱 Call contractors who have already replied to our texts and asked for more leads
✅ Qualify them on a short call and book them in with a closer
🗓️ Keep your calendar full and your bookings showing up
❌ No cold calling. No prospecting. You are working warm replies only.
What you get
💰 $60 for every package sale you book that closes
📅 Paid weekly in USD
🛡️ Consistent performers can be moved onto a $100 weekly base on top of commission once probation is complete
🎓 Daily training calls, live coaching and shadowing from day one
⬆️ Early seat on a floor that is growing, with closer and setter manager roles opening as we scale
Who we are looking for
✔️ Fluent, confident English on the phone
✔️ Based in Mexico, available 8:30am to 4:30pm Mexico City time, Monday to Friday
✔️ Quiet workspace and reliable internet
✔️ Energy, coachability and a competitive streak
✔️ Sales experience helps but is not required. We train you properly.
