About Us

Aesthetic Influence is a marketing and business growth agency for medical aesthetics and wellness practices. We generate leads for med spas, medical clinics, dermatology practices, and aesthetic businesses across the US through paid advertising. Our clients invest in those leads, and the setter is responsible for turning them into real conversations and booked consultations.

This is a sales role, not a customer service role.

Respond quickly → start the conversation → qualify → build trust → overcome objections → book the consult → make sure they show.

The Role

You'll handle leads from paid ads across multiple client accounts, each with its own offers, treatments, pricing, booking process, and brand voice. Using the setter briefs we provide, you'll quickly learn who each client is, what they offer, and what the lead responded to, then lead the conversation toward a booked consultation.

You'll speak with people who are ready to book, curious but unsure, price shopping, nervous about treatment, or interested but not ready yet. Your job is to move every conversation to the next step. You'll communicate by phone, SMS, and email, working inside our CRM throughout the day.

What You'll Do

Speed-to-Lead & Outbound Calling

  • Call new leads within minutes of them coming in. The first person to meaningfully respond has a major advantage.
  • Follow a daily call schedule across client accounts and hit per-client call targets
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to new, unbooked, and older leads
  • Re-engage leads who went cold, said "not right now," or started booking but didn't finish
  • Lead the conversation confidently rather than simply reading a script

Booking Consultations

  • Understand what the lead wants, ask qualifying questions, and match them to the right offer
  • Book consults directly into client calendars in the CRM
  • Ask for the appointment directly. Not "let me know if you'd like to book," but "I have Tuesday at 3:00 or Wednesday at 11:00, which works better for you?"
  • Confirm details clearly so the lead knows exactly what happens next
  • Collect deposits or card details when a client's booking process requires it

Objection Handling

You'll regularly hear "How much is it?", "I need to think about it," "I'm shopping around," "Can you send more info?", "I need to talk to my partner," and "I'm nervous about the treatment." You need to handle these naturally without becoming pushy. The goal isn't to pressure anyone. It's to understand what's stopping them, build confidence, and guide them to the next step.

Show Rate

A booked consult only counts if the lead attends.

  • Confirm appointments and follow up on reminders
  • Reschedule cancellations and no-shows quickly
  • Track your show rate alongside your booking rate

Follow-Up & Written Communication

  • Follow up persistently across calls, texts, and emails without becoming annoying
  • Follow established nurture sequences and personalize messages rather than sending robotic ones
  • Write SMS and email replies in natural, fluent English with correct grammar and spelling
  • Sound like a real, helpful person from the clinic's team, never a generic chatbot
  • Keep messages concise, professional, and on brand for each client

CRM Management

  • Work inside GoHighLevel all day, not as an afterthought
  • Move opportunities through the correct pipeline stages and update appointment statuses
  • Log notes after every conversation and create follow-up tasks
  • Apply the correct tags, including booked appointment tags so clients are notified
  • Flag duplicate contacts, wrong numbers, and bad leads

Compliance & Accuracy

  • Never give incorrect information about a client's services, pricing, or booking process
  • Never give medical advice or guarantee results. Route clinical questions to the clinic.
  • Respect opt-outs and STOP requests, and contact leads only during appropriate hours
  • Handle lead information with care and discretion

Reporting & Feedback

  • Complete a daily activity log and submit an end-of-day report covering calls, contacts, bookings, and follow-ups
  • Flag problems proactively, such as missing notifications, broken calendars, confusing offers, or poor-quality lead sources
  • Bring back what you hear on calls: "Lots of leads are asking if the offer includes X," "We're getting heavy price objections," "This ad is bringing in the wrong type of lead." Your insight helps us improve the ads, offers, and sales process.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, cold calling, or lead conversion
  • Confidence on the phone and comfort with high-volume outbound calling
  • Strong objection-handling skills and the resilience to hear "no" and keep going
  • Fluent English, spoken and written, with excellent grammar
  • Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a CRM and managing multiple client accounts
  • The ability to learn new offers and treatments quickly
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and driven by measurable targets
  • A reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and headset

Nice to Have

  • GoHighLevel experience, including pipelines, opportunities, tags, tasks, calendars, conversations, and appointment statuses (you don't need to be an automation expert)
  • Experience in med spas, medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, wellness, cosmetic dentistry, healthcare, or beauty
  • Familiarity with treatments like injectables, lasers, body contouring, and skin treatments
  • Experience working with US clients across multiple time zones
  • Availability for some weekend shifts

How We Measure Success

Speed-to-lead, daily call and follow-up volume, contact rate, booking rate, show rate, CRM accuracy, and the quality of your written communication. We're not looking for someone who marks leads as "contacted." We're looking for someone who gets people booked and in the door.

The Person We're Looking For

Confident without being pushy. Persistent without being annoying. Friendly without being overly casual. Organized without needing to be micromanaged. Sales-focused without sacrificing the customer experience.

Most importantly, you take ownership of your leads. When a lead comes in, you're thinking "How do I get this person booked?", not "I sent the first message, so my job is done."

Why Join Us

  • Remote role with a growing agency in a fast-moving industry
  • Work across multiple med spa and wellness brands
  • Clear targets, daily structure, and ready-made setter briefs and scripts for every client
  • Work closely with our marketing and media buying team and see how ads, leads, and sales connect
  • Opportunity for growth within the company

How to Apply

Send your resume and a short introduction about your sales or setting experience, and answer these three questions:

  1. A new lead from a Meta ad texts: "Hi, I'm interested. How much is it?" How would you respond?
  2. You've called a lead three times and sent two texts with no response. What would you do next?
  3. A lead says, "I need to think about it." How would you handle the conversation?
