Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Specialist role based in Newbury, with some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospects, and present telematics solutions to potential and existing customers. Daily activities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation. The Sales Specialist will also deliver training to customers on product features, gather market feedback, and contribute to sales strategy and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide high-quality support.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and consistently achieve or exceed targets.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management, including delivering product training, guiding customer adoption, and supporting sales processes.
- Knowledge of telematics, fleet management, or related technology solutions is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including effective self-management and collaboration with remote and on-site colleagues.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, basic data analysis, and report preparation to support sales activities and decision-making.
- Relevant qualification in business, sales, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
