We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team and help us bring innovative HR Tech and payroll solutions to more businesses.

Team & Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist, you will contribute to Datassist's growth by identifying new business opportunities and introducing our diverse portfolio, including Payroll Outsourcing, Dakika, All Dakika modules (Leave, Expense, BES), Agentic Payroll, and HR Budgeting/Forecasting tools.

• New Business Development: Proactively identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, social selling, and professional networking.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage sales activities from initial outreach and discovery meetings to product presentations, proposal preparation, follow-ups, and contract negotiations.
• Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and business challenges, and recommend suitable solutions from Datassist's product and service portfolio.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in HubSpot CRM, track opportunities, and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers, including HR Managers, HR Directors, CFOs, and other business stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and share valuable market feedback.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar commercial role. Experience in SaaS, Software, HR Tech, Payroll, or Financial Services is preferred.
• Hunter Mindset: A proactive, persistent, and results-oriented approach to acquiring new customers. Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with potential clients.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with different levels of stakeholders.
• Sales & CRM Skills: Good organizational and follow-up skills. Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to track sales activities, understand pipeline performance, and use data to improve results.
• Agility & Growth: Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a genuine interest in technology-driven business solutions.
• Practical Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required. English proficiency is a plus.
