Sales Specialist (Dental Treatments)

Novexdent, a leading provider of health tourism services based in Istanbul, specializes in high-quality dental treatments and aesthetic operations for international patients, primarily from Europe and the USA.

To support our growing patient base, we are seeking talented and enthusiastic Dental Sales Specialists to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in health tourism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (healthcare-related field is an advantage, but not required)
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably experienced in medical/dental tourism sales (candidates without prior sales experience are also encouraged to apply)
• Open to feedback and committed to personal development
• Passionate about sales and committed to embracing it as a lifestyle
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively

Job Description

• Contact international patients to understand their dental needs and requirements
• Build trust-based relationships to convert dental inquiries into sales
• Conduct sales calls and manage the sales process using CRM software
• Present dental healthcare packages to patients, providing price quotations
• Coordinate with dentists to create personalized treatment plans for each patient
