Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Advertising & Lead Generation Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and YouTube. The ideal candidate will also drive our email marketing strategies, support lead generation efforts, and foster organic growth on LinkedIn. This role requires a mix of analytical expertise, creative thinking, and hands-on execution to maximize the impact of our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and YouTube to generate qualified leads. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop ad creatives that resonate with target audiences. Email Marketing & Lead Generation: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients. Create email templates, manage lists, and monitor campaign performance. Build and implement strategies for lead capture, including landing pages, forms, and CRM integration. Analyze lead quality and pipeline efficiency to enhance conversion rates. Organic LinkedIn Growth: Develop and manage a content calendar for LinkedIn to promote thought leadership and legal insights. Optimize the company’s LinkedIn profile to attract followers and generate organic engagement. Engage with industry groups, join conversations, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Client Intakes(Optional): Collaborate with the intake team to ensure seamless transition of leads to potential clients. Assist in refining the intake process for better lead qualification and conversion. Track and report on lead progress and client onboarding metrics. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze data from multiple platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports on KPIs and ROI to leadership. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM tools. Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and pipeline management. Experience with LinkedIn organic growth strategies and content optimization. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with legal industry marketing trends. Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices. Experience with marketing automation tools and workflows.
