What you'll do:
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients and identify their legal needs.
- Explain our legal services with confidence, professionalism, and empathy.
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls, text messages, email, and CRM.
- Overcome objections and confidently guide clients through the decision-making process.
- Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed monthly goals.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with attorneys and intake teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed about our services, promotions, and immigration processes.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, intake, or client relations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent active listening and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence handling objections and closing deals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience in immigration law or legal services is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $48,000–$60,000 USD annually, including a base salary and performance-based commissions. Team members who meet their sales goals can expect to earn within this range. The base salary will be determined based on the candidate's geographic location and experience.
