What you will do

As a Sales Specialist in Inside Sales / Junior Sales Manager, you will support our customers and sales team throughout the entire sales process. You will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and contribute to the successful development of our lighting solutions business.

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively support and manage existing customers and sales partners in the assigned market

  • Identify and develop new customer and business opportunities through targeted market research and customer contact

  • Prepare quotations, sales presentations and customer-specific proposals in cooperation with internal departments

  • Process customer enquiries and follow up quotations, projects and sales opportunities

  • Maintain customer, project and sales data in the CRM system and ensure that information remains up to date

  • Monitor market developments, competitors and customer needs in order to identify potential for growth

  • Support the preparation and implementation of sales activities, customer meetings, trade fairs and presentations

  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and continuously improving internal sales processes

Who you are

  • Completed commercial, maritim or technical training / study, ideally with experience in sales, customer service or a technical industry

  • First professional experience in maritim business

  • Strong customer focus and enthusiasm for building long-term business relationships

  • Confident communication skills and a structured, independent and responsible approach to work

  • Interest in technical products, lighting solutions and sustainable technologies

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several enquiries and projects at the same time

  • Experience with CRM systems and common Microsoft Office applications

  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, trade fairs and other sales activities
