We are looking for a Sales Specialist Utilities to help utility companies solve one of the Netherlands' biggest infrastructure challenges: grid congestion. In this role, you will work with electricity transmission and distribution companies, providing temporary power and temperature control solutions that ensure business continuity and support critical infrastructure projects.
This is a highly autonomous commercial position with exposure to key stakeholders across the utilities sector. You'll build long-term customer relationships, manage complex sales cycles, and position engineered energy solutions that keep essential services running.
What you bring:
Proven experience in project-based B2B technical solution sales.
Experience working within power generation (transmission and/or distribution), ideally combined with temperature control solutions.
Knowledge of the utilities sector, including its challenges, regulatory environment, and grid integration requirements.
Experience managing medium to long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
Strong commercial skills and experience managing opportunities and contracts through CRM systems.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the Netherlands.
