Picasso Institute is an international creative education provider specialising in fashion, jewellery, interior design, fine arts, and creative business education. Based in Dubai with 7 other branches worldwide, Picasso delivers industry-focused programs that combine creative development with practical, career-oriented skills.
As part of our international expansion, Picasso is now entering the Ukrainian market with online educational programs. We are building a local team to introduce our courses to Ukrainian students, develop the market, and grow our student community.
Role DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time, remote Sales / Student Admissions Manager based in Ukraine to support the launch and growth of Picasso Institute in the Ukrainian market.
The main responsibility of this role is to convert prospective students into enrolled students.
Picasso will generate leads through marketing and advertising campaigns. The Sales / Student Admissions Manager will be responsible for contacting these leads, understanding their interests and career goals, presenting the most suitable Picasso programs, conducting online consultations, handling questions and objections, following up consistently, and guiding prospective students through the enrollment and payment process.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Contacting and qualifying new leads generated through Picasso's marketing campaigns.
- Conducting phone and online consultations with prospective students.
- Presenting Picasso courses clearly and confidently based on each student's needs and goals.
- Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry to paid enrollment.
- Maintaining accurate lead information and follow-up activity in the CRM.
- Reporting on leads, consultations, conversions, enrollments, and sales performance.
- Sharing feedback from Ukrainian prospects with the international management teams to help improve campaigns, offers, and communication.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, EdTech, online courses, training, premium services, or another B2C sales environment.
- Proven ability to convert leads into paying customers and work towards sales targets.
- Strong communication, consultation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confident communicating with clients by phone, video call, messaging platforms, and email.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple leads at different stages of the sales process.
- Proactive, organised, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand a prospective student's needs rather than relying on aggressive sales techniques.
- Interest in fashion, design, education, luxury, or creative industries is a strong advantage.
- Experience selling educational programs or online courses is highly desirable.
- Fluent Ukrainian is required.
- Good English is required for communication with the international Picasso team.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential for candidates with strong relevant sales experience.
- Fully remote position based in Ukraine.
- Full-time role with an international education institute.
- Fixed monthly salary + performance-based commission on successful enrollments.
- Direct communication and support from the international team.
- Opportunity to take on greater responsibility as Picasso develops its presence in Ukraine.
