What You'll Do as a Sales Support
- Prepare CAD drawings for closets and shower doors.
- Complete plan take-offs for H2 products to support accurate project quoting.
- Create quotes based on salesperson instructions and revise them as project needs change.
- Follow up on job-specific quotes that are more than 15 days old.
- Support outside sales representatives with quick quotes, order status updates, inventory availability, and other project requests.
- Maintain CRM records for assigned customers, keeping information accurate and current.
- Assist customers who visit H2's showroom with helpful product and project information.
- Create and update forms as needed to keep sales and project information organized.
Our Ideal Sales Support
- Experienced: 1+ years of sales support experience; prior closet design experience is preferred. An associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience is a plus.
- Technical: Comfortable learning and using CAD software, blueprint-reading skills, Publisher, Business Central, and DocuWare are all considered a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Produces accurate CAD drawings, plan take-offs, quotes, and customer records while carefully reviewing project details.
- Organized & Responsive: Manages multiple quotes, customer requests, and follow-up deadlines while providing timely support.
- Customer-Focused: Communicates professionally and provides helpful service to sales representatives, showroom visitors, and customers.
- Proactive & Ownership-Minded: Follows up on aging quotes, keeps CRM information current, and takes responsibility for completing assigned work.
