Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner. Handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery. Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. Requirements Skills & Expertise: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Comfort with CRM software and virtual client engagement tools. Traits & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills. Flexibility to accommodate client schedules and time zone differences. Sales and service orientation with a commitment to learning, innovation, and adapting to new technologies.
