This role works closely with the Amazon Account Manager to dive into the daily operations of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central, including case and listing management, reporting, chargeback management, and other systems. The Amazon Sales Support Analyst will also provide support in ad hoc analysis of the business, third party tools, and any special projects that come from the client. For this role we prefer that candidates are based out of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NV, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI. Responsibilities Gain a solid understanding of how our client and company strategy aligns with Amazon’s direction and goals Ensure the daily operations of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central are executed swiftly and with excellence Oversee and manage the current product listings, as well as new listing creation Open, track, and respond to cases regarding errors or other communications with Amazon Chargeback tracking and dispute management FBA inventory shipment creation and tracking Reporting and analytical support Perform all other duties assigned Requirements At least 1-2 years of experience in the eCommerce ecosystem Experience with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central Experience leveraging data into actionable insights Radical curiosity of retail and the constantly changing marketplace Detail-oriented with an ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proven ownership mindset Ability to proactively and creatively problem solve (as an individual and with a team) Excellent written & verbal communication skills Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills What We Offer Harvest Group understands that investing in our people and culture are vital to successfully attracting and retaining top talent. The national hiring range for this position is $60,000-$65,000 per year. Additionally, this position is eligible to participate in our bonus program.
