This position reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager __ Key responsibilities As a Sales Support Specialist (f/m/d), you will assume a responsible role in our German sales department for the tendering and marketing of our MNS low-voltage systems and will be involved in the tendering and marketing to selected potential account customers. Another key responsibility will be the technical support to our sales team and the development of large-scale projects (e.g., data centers, chip industry, HVDC grid connections, chemical, oil and gas industries, such as hydrogen production, etc.). Together with the sales engineers and the tendering teams in our factories in Poland and Czeck Republik you will define and develop customer specific solutions through to the project handover to the project management team. The work model for the role is: remote (#LI-Remote) You will be mainly accountable for: Design and development of customized solutions in close coordination with our sales and factory teams Advising our customers in technical and commercial matters as well as developing and presenting optimal solutions to the customer, involving supporting departments and suppliers Collaborrate in identifying suitable tendering strategies, review technical and commercial feasibilities and select adequate suppliers/subcontractors Conduct the tendering in German or English language, including technical and commercial terms as well as presenting the quotation to the customer together with our sales team Participate in project negotiations with the sales team and contract management Clarification of the contractual scope with the customer including possible installation and commissioning of the switchgear together with our service organization Presentation of our MNS low-voltage switchgear systems portfolio to customers, customer support at trade fairs and events, and support in the implementation of targeted sales campaigns Support award and decision-making processes, shaping technology and specifications Qualifications for the role Successfully completed technical studies or industrial engineering – preferably in electrical engineering or a related technical qualification Several years of experience in the sales support of MNS low-voltage switchgear systems In-depth knowledge of commercial contract issues Enthusiasm for technical topics and details combined with a strong customer and goal orientation Professional use of digital media (video conferences, virtual meetings, chats, AI, etc.) in customer contact and communication Familiar with common MS Office applications and the CRM software Salesforce Fluent in written and spoken German and English In addition, you are willing to travel within Germany and to our customers and main suppliers in Poland, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic Benefits Retirement Plan Flexible work practices (work from home) Employee Share Acquisition Plan Learning & development offering Company car Daycare center, children's Christmas party, parents' network, children's holiday week Personal coaching offer Interested in joining our team?
