As a Team Leader, B2B Sales, you will take on a pivotal leadership role, responsible for guiding and developing a sales team to achieve outstanding results. You will oversee moderately complex accounts, driving business growth and revenue by developing your team’s skills in customer success and revenue retention motions (renewals, upsells, and expansion). In this role, you will be accountable for your team's performance, providing coaching, training, and continuous evaluation to foster their professional development. You will also build strategic client relationships and partner with key stakeholders to meet strategic goals. You Have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales leadership role (or similar).
  • Excellent people management, leadership, and coaching skills, with a strong record of developing and retaining high-potential employees.
  • A results-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to think strategically while maintaining an operational outlook.
  • A consistent track record of success driven by a passion for exceptional customer experience and team results.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • A high level of organization with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities and make sound decisions.
  • A demonstrated interest in how AI can be leveraged to improve sales coaching, forecasting, and team performance.
  • Strong knowledge of High Performance Selling methodologies. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A professional and polished demeanor.

Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM


You Will:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate your sales team to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and ensure all data in the CRM system is up-to-date and correct. Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions with all team members to support their growth.
  • Monitor and drive team productivity, removing roadblocks to help them resolve challenges and close sales opportunities.
  • Lead your team to effectively influence the buying and renewal process, driving greater client satisfaction.
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Manage strategic client relationships through clear communication on reporting, forecasting, and quarterly objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize sales processes and ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Develop and implement effective coaching and training programs for the ongoing development of your team.
  • Coordinate and manage team incentives and SPIFs (Sales Performance Incentive Fund).

This job operates in a private, remote-working environment outside of a traditional office. Must take necessary precautions to maintain and protect confidential Company and client information. The role routinely uses standard telecommuting equipment such as laptops, headsets, etc. Adequate internet access and bandwidth supports various virtual-work functions and procedures, including but not limited to virtual conference calls, file downloads and uploads, and large data exchanges.
