You will be instrumental in coaching and motivating your team members, as well as developing strategies to improve sales and market presence. Responsibilities Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals. Set sales goals, track progress, and drive the team to achieve and surpass targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques. Monitor the team's performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve productivity. Ensure the team's adherence to sales processes and guidelines. Collaborate with marketing to identify and capitalize on advertising opportunities. Report on team and individual performance to senior management. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in server hosting sales Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and drive a sales team to success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. General knowledge of our services and how they can benefit the client Experience 0-5 years of experience in a sales role with leadership responsibilities preferred.
