We are currently searching for a Salesforce Admin: The Challenge (Responsibilities) Design and deliver sophisticated solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities to meet dynamic business needs. Lead complex, multi-stream projects across global teams through effective matrix leadership and influence. Present strategies to stakeholders, successfully translating highly technical solutions into measurable business value. Support and execute M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) integrations seamlessly within existing Salesforce ecosystems. Evaluate, deploy, and manage third-party AppExchange solutions to enhance platform functionality. Your Profile (Requirements) Active Salesforce Administrator certification (required). Active Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification (required). Strong, hands-on experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and RCA implementations. Proven understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools. Hands-on experience with data management, including data loads, mapping templates, and advanced Excel models. High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery. Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." Desired Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions. Exposure to Salesforce Mobile capabilities. Experience with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce) and Order Management systems. Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g., Seismic). Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
