Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Salesforce Administration Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver online sessions covering Salesforce administration fundamentals, configuration, automation, security, and best practices. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, demonstrations, labs, and assessments, as well as guiding learners through real-world scenarios and troubleshooting exercises. The role involves monitoring learner progress, providing constructive feedback, answering questions in live sessions and discussion forums, and updating content based on platform changes and industry standards. The trainer will collaborate with the GrowAI team to align course content with overall program goals and maintain high instructional quality.
Qualifications

• Strong Information Technology background, with practical experience in Salesforce administration or related CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated Teaching, Training, or Lecturing experience, preferably in technical or software-focused subjects.
• Exposure to Software Development concepts or workflows, enabling clear explanation of integrations, automation, and system logic.
• Proficiency in creating structured training content, including slide decks, hands-on labs, and assessments for remote learners.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in clear, accessible language to diverse audiences.
• Prior experience delivering remote or online instruction using learning management systems or virtual classroom tools is beneficial.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent practical expertise) is highly preferred.
• Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered training practices and the ability to work independently and reliably in a remote setting.
