You own the automation engine and technical health of Salesforce environments for a global client base. You are not just "assigning permissions"; you are a Flow Engineer responsible for architecting complex declarative solutions, managing high-performance managed packages, and optimizing revenue lifecycle workflows. You eliminate operational friction by replacing legacy processes with sophisticated Salesforce Flows and ensuring that every dashboard, report, and object is structured for high-integrity data.

This is a high-accountability, client-facing role within a structured Salesforce partner environment. Best suited for professionals who thrive in process-driven settings, value technical precision, and prefer clear operational metrics over ambiguity.

YOU’RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator managing multiple client environments
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Flows, process automation, and optimization
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, reports, dashboards, and managed packages
• Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities, supporting external stakeholders
• Able to work fully remote across the Philippines, adhering to structured daytime hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PH Time)
• Skilled at following standardized workflows, documentation protocols, and QA processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in technical and client contexts

STRONG SIGNALS

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification.
• Experience supporting mid-market firms with CPQ or Revenue Cloud integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Automation & Flow Engineering

You own the declarative logic of the Org, ensuring business processes run without manual intervention.

• Develop, test, and deploy complex Salesforce Flows to optimize business automation and user experience.
• Audit and refactor legacy Process Builders or Workflows into efficient, high-performance Flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation errors to maintain high system uptime and data reliability.

Platform Governance & Data Integrity

You act as the primary guardian of the Salesforce Org, maintaining the integrity of the tech stack.

• Manage and maintain Salesforce managed packages, ensuring they are correctly configured and updated.
• Govern user access, security settings, and object structures to ensure strict data privacy and compliance.
• Build and maintain high-impact reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with a "Single Source of Truth."

Client-Facing Support & Project Delivery

You act as the technical bridge between the client's business needs and the Salesforce platform's capabilities.

• Provide proactive administrative support to external stakeholders, resolving technical tickets within defined SLAs.
• Document all system changes and technical architectures following standardized internal protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new Salesforce solutions align with the client’s broader technology roadmap.
