For our IT team, Carhartt EMEA/PAC is now looking for a new team member:
Salesforce Administrator
The Salesforce Administrator is a key member of the IT - Sales and Service development team and is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform, including user management, data integrity, workflow automation, reporting, and training, with a deeper understanding of complex configurations, integrations, and business processes, often collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements beyond basic administration tasks. This is a mid-level role where the Salesforce Administrator has experience with advanced features like Flows, custom objects, and data cleansing techniques while providing ongoing support to users and maintaining system health.
The Salesforce Administrator reports to the Manager of Solution Delivery, Service & CRM (US).

Employee Benefits:
Salary range for this role: € 3.550,= – € 3.800,= gross per month, depending on level of expertise and background. We offer a performance-based bonus, non-guaranteed, based on (global) company/team/individual annual goals. We start with a 7-month contract, followed by a 1-year contract. We do not offer sponsorship for this role.
