What you will do
- Support day-to-day administration and operation of Salesforce processes and workflows.
- Gather requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate business needs into Jira epics and user stories.
- Configure, document, test, and deliver Salesforce enhancements and updates.
- Build reports and dashboards and support data integrity audits.
- Improve CRM adoption, internal customer experience, and Salesforce practices across business segments.
- Work with global Salesforce teams and data owners to resolve data quality issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting Salesforce SalesCloud and/or ServiceCloud in a Lightning-enabled environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, teamwork, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to convert complex user requirements into Jira user stories.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills are required.
- Willingness to continuously learn and take on additional responsibilities.
Nice to have
- One or more Salesforce certifications.
- Previous experience in sales or customer care.
