Salesforce Administrator
Remote, Philippines · Full-time · US Eastern hours (night shift) · US$10–14/hour
Help build the systems behind a company that helps people heal.
StemWave is a fast-growing medical technology company changing how providers help patients recover, reduce pain, and get back to living. Our non-invasive technology is trusted by more than 500 medical offices across the United States, and we're just getting started.
Behind every patient we reach are systems that have to work: the CRM our sales team relies on, the integrations that keep orders moving, the reports leaders use to make decisions. We're looking for someone who wants to own those systems and make them better.
The role
You'll join a small, hands-on IT team working alongside our Boston-based colleagues. Salesforce is your home base, but you'll also work across our ERP, eCommerce, and integration stack, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance. Some days you'll solve an urgent issue; others, you'll design an enhancement from scratch. Either way, you'll own it from first request to final delivery.
What you'll do
Serve as a primary Salesforce administrator: users, security, permissions, data quality, reports, and dashboards
Build and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, Flows, and automation
Own tickets from intake to closure, digging past the initial ask to find the real business need or root cause
Help review and prioritize incoming requests across the IT team
Support integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, marketing platforms, and eCommerce
Lead enhancements from requirements through testing, deployment, documentation, and adoption
Keep stakeholders informed on scope, timing, progress, and risks
Spot recurring problems and fix them at the source
Create documentation, SOPs, and user guides that strengthen the whole team
What you bring
2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally supporting a B2B sales organization
Proven experience designing and building Salesforce Flows independently, beyond simple record updates
Strong skills in user management, security, reporting, objects, and validation rules
Experience working in a ticketing or structured request environment
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across applications, data, and integrations
Business analysis instincts: you ask good questions and turn needs into practical solutions
Excellent written and spoken English, with confident, proactive communication
Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-moving environment
Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
Nice to have: Additional Salesforce certifications; experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or integration platforms
What we offer
Pay: US$10–14 per hour, paid weekly
Time off: All US holidays off, plus 12 days of paid time off each year
Fully remote: Work from home with a US-based team
Why you'll love it here
Real ownership. Shape how Salesforce and our core systems grow.
Broad exposure. CRM, ERP, eCommerce, integrations, and automation in one role.
Direct impact. Work with leaders across the business and see your solutions used every day.
Room to grow. A path toward senior business systems, Salesforce architecture, or IT leadership.
Purpose. Your work helps bring non-invasive care to more patients.
Ready to make an impact?
If you love solving problems and enjoy both the technical and business sides of systems, we'd love to meet you. With your application, include a short note (2–3 sentences) describing a Flow you built: what problem it solved and how you approached it.
