Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description This is a remote position. About the Job As a Salesforce Business Analyst , you will bridge business requirements and technical solutions as the team transitions from a legacy Informatica MDM solution to a new Salesforce Data Cloud implementation. You will work closely with marketing, product, data, and Salesforce teams to support a fresh-start implementation with no migration. What You Will Do Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce Data Cloud use cases. Design and optimize data flows and integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud. Support analytics and reporting by ensuring high-quality, reliable data. Collaborate with data teams, Salesforce admins, and business stakeholders. Facilitate stakeholder discussions and align business and technical requirements. What You Will Need 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis or a related Salesforce functional role. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Builder and Salesforce Administration/configuration. Experience with Agentforce and strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM processes, including Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities . Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation and analysis. Strong requirements gathering, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work within US time zones (EST/CST) . Nice to Have Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud . Experience with Snowflake and Customer 360 . Experience supporting analytics and reporting initiatives. Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts. Experience with marketing technology or GTM systems .
