Find me a jobWe are looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and drive the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that Salesforce capabilities are leveraged effectively to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions
- Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and desired Salesforce functionality
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to align on project scope and deliverables
- Support user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet business requirements
- Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user stories, and business cases
- Provide recommendations for process improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in the prioritization of the product backlog based on business value and impact
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Background in business analysis within a Salesforce environment
- Understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core capabilities
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce
- Skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
