Salesforce & Boundary Applications Lead (12+ Months Contract)

Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid 2–3 days/week at Dallas office (Addison) preferred.

Strong candidates may be considered remote with required travel.

We are seeking a Salesforce & Boundary Applications Lead to lead the onshore Salesforce Managed Services function and serve as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce and its integrated application ecosystem. The role will own technical triage, integration support, incident resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement across Salesforce and approximately 13–15 boundary applications.

Skill Experience Required

• 10+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce development/technical leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce applications and third-party applications.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform Architecture.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, Flow, Apex, security, data model, and automation.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to review Salesforce architecture, solution designs, and production issues.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with offshore teams, SMEs, vendors, and business stakeholders.
