Salesforce Copado Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Copado Specialist to serve as a primary system administrator within our Salesforce.com environment. This role partners closely with Product Management, Security, Engineering, and Managed Package providers to design scalable solutions, automate complex business processes, and guide platform strategy aligned with Salesforce best practices and the declarative mindset.

Primary Job Duties

• Serve on a team as one of the primary system administrators for the Salesforce.com environment.

• Design and implement complex business process logic and automation leveraging Flow and Salesforce Platform capabilities.

• Partner with Security and Engineering team members to complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.

• Partner with Managed Package providers to assess and adapt their supplied capabilities.

• Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineers to design optimal solutions following the Salesforce Declarative Mindset.

• Partner with Product Management teams to help define the Product Roadmap with Salesforce capabilities in mind.
  
  Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator.

  • Salesforce.com Admin II and Platform App Builder certifications required.

  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

  • Expertise in building custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other intermediate-complexity solutions.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.

  • Expert data management abilities.

  • Strong demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex business requirements.

  • Experience working in SCRUM or agile environments.

  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.

  • Strong ability to assess the impact of new requirements across Salesforce.com and upstream and downstream systems.

  • Expert understanding of Salesforce limits and platform capabilities.

  • Knowledge of basic Git commands and experience using Git-based version control systems such as GitHub.

  • 6+ years’ experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator.

  • Salesforce.com Admin II Certified.

  • Salesforce.com Platform App Builder Certified.

  Preferred Skills

  The following are considered “nice-to-have” qualifications:

  • Experience implementing and/or maintaining Bullhorn for Salesforce “Recruitment Cloud.”

  • Boomi experience managing and extending integrations with the Salesforce.com Platform.

  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upward.

  • A solution-oriented, positive attitude toward work.

  • Ability to work independently while leading in a collaborative, team-oriented environment using sound judgment.

  • Experience mentoring other Administrators and Engineers on Salesforce platform capabilities and limits.
